You will receive an order confirmation email once your package has been dispatched, typically on the same day you place your order. Please note that confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered into your spam or junk folder, so we recommend checking there if you do not see it in your inbox.

Ordering through your registered account:

  • If you placed your order while logged into your account, you can view the confirmation and track its most recent status in your order history.
  • If your order does not appear there, please verify whether the payment has been processed

Didn’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours?
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our Customer Support team. We will be happy to verify your order and ensure everything is on track.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed.
As soon as your order is completed, it is immediately processed in our warehouse to ensure the fastest possible shipping. This means we can no longer stop the cancellation.

If you do not wish to receive the order, you have two options:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery – Inform our customer service that you are refusing the order to avoid any additional costs. FedEx / Royal Mail will then automatically return the package to us.

  • Request a free return label – Once you have received the package, you can contact our customer service or create a ticket here to request a free return label in accordance with our return policy.

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to the Isle of Man, Channel islands, Shetland islands, Guernsey, Jersey or Gibraltar yet. And other non-supported countries, if you are unable to select the country on our website, it means we are unable to ship there. Please note our warehouse blocks orders containing address details of a non-supported country.

Step 4: Proceed to checkout
Go to your cart via the icon at the top right, or click Proceed to Checkout” after adding all your products. Review your order and click “Proceed to Checkout.”


Step 5: Enter your address and contact details
Log in or checkout as a guest. Enter your address and phone number, and double-check that all details are correct.


Step 6: Select your payment method
Choose your preferred payment method. For bank transfer, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

No, you don't need an account to place an order. At the checkout of your order you will get two options: order with an account or order as a guest. If you want to order without an account you can go for the second option: order as a guest.

Yes, it is also possible to place an order with us by phone. Our staff will be happy to help you choose the right products and will place the order for you.

Afterwards, you will receive an email from Adyen with the payment details. You can choose to transfer the amount manually, please make sure to copy all details, such as the payment reference number, correctly. 
In the same email, you'll also find a link to conveniently complete your payment via a different payment method. 

Please note: If you choose the payment method 'Bank Transfer', your order will only be shipped once the payment has been received. This may take up to three working days.
