Ordering at Optimum Nutrition is very simple! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose what you’d like to buy.

  2. Add them to the shopping cart by pressing the order button.

  3. At the upper right side of the screen you’ll see the product that has been added to your shopping cart.

  4. You can then open the cart and complete the order by following the steps in the order process.

We also offer Express Delivery service to the UK and Ireland. When placing your order, please choose Next Day Express Service. We deliver your parcel within 1-2 working days from when it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

It’s possible that due to an error your products are still listed in your shopping cart even after you have placed your order. Your order is prepared immediately so unfortunately it’s not possible to make any changes. However, within a 30 - 60 minute time frame we can cancel your complete order and refund your money the same (working) day. You just then need to place a new order. If you have any questions, you can always contact us via e-mail or webform.

We can cancel your order and refund your money the same (working) day, as long as you let us know within one hour of placing it. It’s not possible to cancel your order after this because the order will have already been packed and in the shipping process. At Optimum Nutrition, we offer free shipping on standard orders above £45,-.

On standard orders below £45,-, a charge of £3.99 applies.

We also offer a Next Day delivery service to the UK. When placing your order, please choose Next Day Express Service. If you place your order on a working day before 3pm, we’ll deliver on the next working day.

Shipping costs for Next Day delivery start from £7.99 (see our Delivery info page for complete list).

*Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to the Isle of Man yet.


PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE


Ordering at Optimum Nutrition is very simple! When you’ve made your choice and know which products you’d like to order, simply add them to the shopping cart by pressing the order button. After that, you’ll see that the products have been added to your shopping cart by checking out the upper right side of the screen. Lastly, you can navigate to your cart and complete your order by following the remaining steps in the ordering process.

GUEST ACCOUNTS


When placing your order at Optimum Nutrition, you have the option of using a guest account. You’ll be presented with the choice of checking out using a guest account or creating an Optimum Nutrition account before proceeding to the checkout page. Please note that by creating a verified Optimum Nutrition account, you’ll be able to checkout more quickly when placing future orders, re-order previous purchases, track your orders, and keep your address on file.
