Returns Policy

You can return your order via Royal Mail*.


1. Send an email to customersupport@optimumnutrition.com with the order number and the items you want to return.

2. You will receive a return label and return form from us by email.

3. Fill in the return form as complete as possible and add it within the package you want to return.

4. Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.

5. Drop the parcel at a Royal Mail* post office which you can find here and no shipping costs will be charged.

6. Receive a shipping receipt and keep it safe.

What items can I return?
You can return an item within 14 days if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The seal has not been broken and the packaging is unopened.
  • The product is damaged within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
  • The original label is still attached to clothing.
  • The best-before date has not expired.

 

What items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have passed their expiration date.
  • Products that have been opened or had their seal broken.
  • Clothing where the original label is no longer attached.
  • Credits or discount coupons (cannot be exchanged for cash).

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong item, you can return it for a refund.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate your return, and we will guide you through the process.

You don't have to pay a return fee for the exceptions below:

  • You've received an incorrect product.

  • The product has been delivered damaged.

  • The product has passed the expiration date.

Once your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return has been handled. After processing, the refund will usually appear in your bank account within 1 to 3 working days.

Not satisfied with your product or accidentally ordered the wrong item? No problem! You have the right to return your order within 14 days. During this period, you can inspect and assess the item to make sure it meets your expectations.

As a customer, you have legal provisions regarding warranty for each purchase stating that the product is or does what you would reasonably expect it to be or do. With fitness equipment, blenders and electronics you also get a two-year manufacturer warranty. This manufacturer warranty doesn’t nullify the earlier legal warranty.
