If you placed your order while logged into your account, you can also access your invoice directly via our website.
Just log in, go to your profile, and click the download button next to the order for which you want the invoice.

Send feedbackA delayed bank payment is not processed immediately and takes 6 to 10 working days to complete. The recipient can see that the payment has been initiated but will only receive the funds after full processing.

Why is a delayed bank payment sent?
• Your bank account has been confirmed, but this is your first payment using it.
• Your bank account has been confirmed, but your PayPal balance is overdrawn or previously had a negative balance.
• Our internal security system determines that the payment should be sent as a delayed bank payment.
How can I prevent a delayed bank payment?
Adding funds to your PayPal balance prevents a delayed payment. You can add funds via www.paypal.com (added within 5 minutes) or via your bank account (added within 1–2 working days). You can also prevent a delayed payment by adding a credit card to your account.
