Return Policy

If you would like to return one or more items from your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to kundtjanst@optimumnutrition.com including your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a return shipping label and a return form from us via email
  3. Complete the return form as thoroughly as possible and place it inside the package you wish to return.
  4. Clearly write the order number on the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or parcel drop-off location.
  6. Keep the proof of postage receipt in a safe place for your records.

You may return an item within 14 days only if the following conditions are met:

  • The seal has not been broken and the packaging has not been opened
  • The product became defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period
  • The original label is still attached to the clothing item
  • The best before date has not expired


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have passed their best before date
  • Products that have already been opened or where the seal has been broken
  • Clothing items without the original label attached
  • Store credits or discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. However, if you are not satisfied with a product or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you may return it and receive a refund.

You do not need to pay any return fees in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product was delivered damaged
  • The product has passed its best before date

Once your package has been received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 14 days. Our team will notify you by email once your return has been processed. After processing, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

If the product does not meet your expectations or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item, no problem. You have the right to return a product or order within 14 days. During this period, you may inspect, evaluate, and/or try out the item.

As a customer, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights for every purchase, ensuring that the product is or performs as you can reasonably expect it to.


For fitness equipment, blenders, and electronics, you also receive a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect or limit your statutory warranty rights.
